Safety

Safety comes first. We are committed to providing our employees and their family with a safe working and home environment. Here are some general safety tips:

  1. Light stretching daily to warm up and improve flexibility
  2. Check your posture, back straight, shoulders relaxed
  3. Lift smart: Use your legs, not your back
  4. Adjust workspace: Set your chair, desk, and monitor at a comfortable height to avoid awkward positioning
  5. Move throughout the day, take short movement breaks to ease muscle tension and improve circulation
  6. Wear supportive footwear, choose stability, cushioning, and weather appropriate
  7. Stay hydrated and rested
  8. Report hazards early, if you notice unsafe conditions, report them right away to prevent accidents and protect others
